Operational Need

Uncontrolled network growth, broadcast traffic, address conflicts, single points of failure and undocumented conversion create recurring outages. Integration must be deterministic, diagnosable and secure.

Scope

Network/protocol inventories, VLAN and IP plans, managed switches, rings and redundancy, fibre backbones, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC UA, MQTT, gateway mappings, time synchronization and monitoring are included.

Implementation Approach

Existing traffic is measured passively and converted into port, device and flow matrices. New links are validated in a lab or controlled field test before a managed change window.

Delivery

The scope scales from one-device integration to plant-wide OT backbones and from machine connectivity to MES/ERP gateways.

Technical Support

Configuration backups, network maps, port lists and diagnostic procedures are delivered; critical links can be monitored for performance and availability.
