Overview

We design industrial automation systems by evaluating process requirements, production targets, safety functions and maintainability as one engineering scope. PLCs, distributed I/O, field instrumentation, motor control and supervisory systems are integrated into a traceable control architecture.

Operational Need

Obsolete controllers, inconsistent software, weak diagnostics and disconnected field systems create unplanned downtime and long maintenance cycles. The solution must improve control performance, availability and lifecycle sustainability without ignoring brownfield constraints.

Scope

The scope covers I/O and instrument inventories, control philosophy, PLC and remote I/O selection, MCC and drive integration, safety signals, network topology, software engineering, FAT/SAT, commissioning and as-built documentation.

Implementation Approach

We convert site surveys and signal inventories into functional design specifications, I/O lists and control narratives. Modular diagnostic software is validated through simulation and FAT before a controlled site cutover.

Delivery

Delivery can be structured as new-plant automation, PLC modernization, a partial line upgrade or a turnkey control system, with hardware, software, panels, field installation and commissioning separated as required.

Technical Support

Critical backups, software archives, alarm analysis and remote/on-site response procedures are prepared after commissioning. Support levels are aligned with production criticality and target response times.
