Our DCS and process-control work focuses on continuous production, process stability, safety and operator effectiveness. Loops, sequences, batches and optimization functions are treated as one integrated process automation architecture.
Operational Need
Unstable loops, uncontrolled deviations, alarm floods and weak event records increase quality and production risk. In operating plants, both the control strategy and cutover plan must be demonstrably safe.
Scope
P&ID and control-philosophy review, loop and I/O engineering, control modules, PID optimization, sequence/batch design, alarms and events, historian, redundant server/network architecture, FAT/SAT and loop checks are covered.
Implementation Approach
Control strategies are reviewed with process teams using cause-and-effect matrices and narratives. Simulation, logic/graphic testing and stepwise cutover plans reduce brownfield risk.
Delivery
Projects may include a new DCS, controller/server modernization, legacy migration or upgrades limited to selected process units.
Technical Support
Control performance, alarm load, system capacity and redundancy can be monitored periodically, with critical configurations and rollback packages archived under change control.
