PLC programming standards, HMI hierarchy, alarm rationalization, recipes and users, SCADA server/client architecture, historian interfaces, reporting, redundancy and controlled remote access are included.

Implementation Approach

Tagging conventions, equipment templates and reusable libraries are established first. Control sequences are simulated, while navigation, alarm priorities and permissions are validated through FAT scenarios.

Delivery

The architecture scales from a machine HMI to a redundant multi-server SCADA platform. Existing applications can be migrated under change control or rebuilt around a maintainable standard.

Technical Support

Source code, licence inventory, server images, database backups and recovery procedures are delivered. Periodic health checks can cover performance, alarms and communication diagnostics.
