Energy Monitoring and Reporting
Energy monitoring and reporting makes electrical consumption visible by transformer, feeder, department, machine and product. We validate metering and connect energy data with production context to create actionable indicators.
Overview
Energy monitoring and reporting makes electrical consumption visible by transformer, feeder, department, machine and product. We validate metering and connect energy data with production context to create actionable indicators.
Operational Need
Incomplete metering, incorrect CT ratios, timing problems and consumption data detached from production hide savings opportunities. Reliable measurement and sustainable data management are required—not only dashboards.
Scope
Metering points, meters, Modbus communications, gateways, networks, acquisition, tariffs and costs, power-quality indicators, consumption/production KPIs, alarms, reports and export services are covered.
Implementation Approach
The measurement chain is validated from CT/VT ratios through communications. KPI and alarm thresholds are commissioned after establishing baselines with operations.
Delivery
Existing-meter integration, new metering panels, central software and management reports may be delivered as one package or a phased programme.
Technical Support
Missing data, communication failures, meter deviations and capacity are monitored; monthly performance and savings-verification reports can be provided.
Core Capabilities
- Meter and power-analyser integration
- Transformer-feeder-machine energy hierarchy
- Consumption, demand and power-factor tracking
- Per-product and shift KPIs
- Tariff, cost and abnormal-use analysis
- Automated reports, alarms and data export
