Electrical and Panels
Electrical and Automation Panels
We treat electrical and automation panels as engineered systems that must satisfy short-circuit withstand, selectivity, thermal management, EMC, maintenance access and real operating conditions—not merely equipment layouts.
Overview
We treat electrical and automation panels as engineered systems that must satisfy short-circuit withstand, selectivity, thermal management, EMC, maintenance access and real operating conditions—not merely equipment layouts.
Operational Need
Missing fault calculations, incorrect conductor/protection selection, poor ventilation, untidy wiring and undocumented modifications directly affect reliability and personnel safety.
Scope
Single lines, load lists, fault and voltage-drop assessments, protection coordination, component selection, mechanical layouts, power/control circuits, terminal plans, labels, manufacture, routine tests and site connections are covered.
Implementation Approach
Manufacture starts from approved drawings and bills of material. Busbar, wiring, torque, insulation, function and I/O checks are recorded, including customer FAT activities.
Delivery
The package may cover design, procurement, fabrication, factory tests, shipping, installation and energization through to an operational panel.
Technical Support
As-built drawings, bills of material, test protocols and maintenance recommendations are delivered. Modifications remain controlled and critical spares are identified.
